Return policy

James Castle wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something is not right, please let us know. 
James Castle offers ready-made products through the webshop ( Slight irregularities in the texture and colour are due to the nature of leather and other fabrics and are no cause for reclamation. A faulty item shall be reported within five working days of receiving the shipment and no later than two weeks, beginning on the day the shipment was received. The customer shall give James Castle a reasonable opportunity to inspect the product in question. Faulty goods will be replaced.  Faults reported later than two weeks after purchase will not be accepted for refund and under no circumstances will a refund be issued if the item is not returned fully and in an unused and undamaged condition.  
The customer may not return either handmade or ready-made products if they have been damaged as a result of fair wear and tear, deliberate damage, accidental damage (by the customer), negligence, abnormal working conditions, misuse or alteration or repair of the goods without the manufacturers approval. James Castle will cover the return postage if the product is damaged or has been incorrectly shipped. Other returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that all returns are sent back through traceable and/or insurable method as James Castle is not responsible for any returned packages not received.
If you wish to cancel your order you must return the products to us at your own cost. The return address will be given with the shipment. Items must be returned with their original packaging.
